Since Smith Stone Walters understands the complexities of UK immigration law, we were able to successfully guide the client in completing the necessary immigration proceedings (Sole Representative visa) prior to touchdown in the UK.

Having established a presence in the UK, the client used Smith Stone Walters as their ‘go-to’ immigration advisory firm for subsequent advice and support.

Our company was therefore subsequently engaged in securing their Tier 2 sponsor licence which enabled the business to successfully transfer key management staff from China to the UK.
