TOPS were contacted in Nov 2015 by a company that operates as a specialist media group in the United Kingdom and rest of Europe, North America and internationally. Its current HQ office space was located in London Bridge and the landlord required the company to yield up its space so that it could take occupation and refurbish.

The landlord had followed correct protocol and had provided the required notice and compensation.

The company required space for 100 desks in close proximity of both London Bridge and the City of London.

There was due to be M&A activity in the coming year, however, with Brexit and US elections on the horizon, market conditions were volatile.

TOPS advised that the requirement be split into 3 separate and unique requirements but also provided options that provided serviced offices, managed office space and co-working space under one roof with enough space so that all 3 requirements could be satisfied by the same properties, if required.
