Stockport Exchange is an emerging commercially led, mixed use destination that combines high quality office space with retail and leisure facilities and car parking. It is located in Stockport town centre and adjacent to Stockport Railway Station on the West Coast Mainline (3 trains per hour take less than 2 hours to reach London Euston and only 8 minutes to Manchester). The scheme is 5 minutes from the M60 motorway and 20 minutes from Manchester Airport.
The scheme has been master-planned to create a thriving commercial business district set around new public space and amenities.
