Upgrade Campus Doors and Building 203 Lobby

Construction Services for Project #662-19-500

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for a Specialty Trade Contractor. The project will be located at VA San Francisco Health Care System located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco. This scope includes replacing selected exterior doors, installing selected new interior doors, and providing access control at these doors. It will also include, at the Building 203 entrance, removing the double door and replacing it with a storefront and refreshing the vestibule and lobby finishes.

The scope will include providing all materials, labor and supervision needed to perform demolition, reconfiguration, replacement, installation and commissioning as required by this scope and the technical specifications.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238390, Other Building Finishing Contractors, and the small business size standard is $16.5M.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.

This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about October 15, 2019.

Estimated project cost is between $250,000 and $500,000
