This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24219B0036 - Project Number 561-19-127 Hazardous Floor Replacement at the East Orange Campus, 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018.

This shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $36.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.

Scope of Work:

Furnish construction services to include management, labor, equipment and all material to meet the design and specifications for the removal of existing carpet and vinyl flooring and installation of new flooring in multiple rooms and corridors in Buildings 1 and 18 of the campus. The flooring in rooms, corridors and areas to be replaced with Medical Grade seamless surface of new vinyl sheet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) and rubber flooring with a continuous 6 base cove height at wall and cabinets with an approximate square footage of average 8300 SF.

All work will be done using approved materials and a professional work force.

All work is to be completed on a timely basis as outlined on the contractors approved schedule.

Project Completion: 120 Calendar Days

All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about 05/30/2019. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions shall be in hardcopies; faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
