NASA is responsible for all operational aspects of the X-59 aircraft. NASA seeks sources with expertise in large-scale surveys of community response to transportation and/or blast noise sources. The scope of the expected work includes community survey methods, noise exposure planning and estimation, and acoustical and meteorological data collection and analysis across a large geographical area (2,000 - 20,000 square miles per test).
