Description

The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of school equipment within the project entitled Construction of the District Vocational Training Centre on the organisational basis of the School Complex in Paving together with the infrastructure divided into 4 parts: Part No. 1 - delivery and assembly of equipment for mechanical workshops. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Workshop Equipment Specification - Annex 5 to the ToR: Equipment for the professions: automotive technician, motor vehicle mechanic, mechanic - machine and equipment fitter for Part No. 1 - delivery and assembly of equipment to mechanical workshops. The delivered equipment will be brand new, production year 2019/2020, not used before, in original packaging, complete and usable.All delivered items of equipment included in the subject of the order must contain appropriate, current and required certificates, quality certificates, attestations, declarations of conformity or markings, informing about the release for sale and meet all the requirements of the standards specified by the applicable law. Together with the equipment, the contractor will issue to the ordering party the documents concerning the given item of equipment, mainly technical documentation, warranty cards, operating and maintenance instructions. Delivery of equipment is possible only when the building is ready for its acceptance, checking and installation. Until the final acceptance without any defects, the contractor is responsible for its quality and proper quantity. The subject of the order will be covered by the minimum manufacturer's warranty period. The Contractor may extend the warranty period of the manufacturer of the subject of the order by a maximum of 12 months. The additional warranty period is the tender evaluation criterion. Irrespective of the contracting authority's rights resulting from the warranty, the contracting authority will have a 2-year warranty right against the contractor. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be accessible to all users, including the disabled.The description of the subject-matter of the contract used in the specification by indicating the trade marks, patents or origin, source or specific process which characterises the products or services provided by a particular economic operator is intended to specify the subject-matter of the contract, should be understood as exemplary and should be considered together with the word "or equivalent", provided that they guarantee the achievement of technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the abovementioned documents.Detailed obligations of the contractor with respect to the performance of this contract are specified in the specimen agreement - Annex 4 to the ToR. The contractor undertakes to comply with the provisions on personal data protection resulting from TYROM1), and therefore to submit a declaration of contents: "I declare that I have fulfilled the information obligations provided for in Article 13 or 14 of the TYPE1) to the natural persons from whom I have directly or indirectly obtained personal data in order to compete for the award of a public contract in this procedure.*1) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. On the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1).* Where the contractor does not communicate personal data other than those which directly concern him or where there is an exemption from the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13 (4) or 14 (5) TODO, the contractor does not provide the content of the declaration (removal of the content of the declaration, e.g. by deleting it). The supplied equipment will be brand new, production year 2019/2020, not previously used, in original packaging, complete and usable.All delivered items of equipment included in the subject of the order must contain appropriate, current and required certificates, quality certificates, attestations, declarations of conformity or markings, informing about the release for sale and meet all the requirements of the standards specified by the applicable law.
