Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services of the WAN Wide Area Network of Poczta Polska S.A., (hereinafter referred to as WAN_PP), i.e. the provision of comprehensive network operator services in the form of delivery, configuration, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure (lines, hardware, software), necessary for the provision of services of the WAN_PP network, and then the provision of the above services, in the Locations indicated by the Ordering Party grouped with regard to the provided links in categories T0-T8.
1 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract, the rules for the execution of the subject matter of the contract are set forth in the draft contract attached as Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.2.. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding to the existing Contractor a contract based on art. 388 item 2 letter c) of the PPL, consisting in the repetition of similar services specified in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, taking into account the following rules:1) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. (c) of the PPL, in case it will be necessary to continue the contract to secure the needs of the Contracting Authority, in particular, if the amount specified in the contract is to be exhausted before the end of 48 months or the period for which the contract was concluded expires.The scope of services covered by contracts awarded under Art. 388 item 2 letter c) of the PPL will not exceed 139% of the value of the basic contract;2) the total period of performance of the contract awarded based on art. 388 item 2 letter c) of the PPL will not exceed a period of 4 years;3) the contracts will be awarded on the terms described in the description of the subject of the contract with changes resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party, but not exceeding the requirements corresponding to those described in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract;4) the award of a contract based on art. 388 item 2 letter c) of the PPL will be conditional on:a) due performance of the basic contract by the Contractor,b) availability of funds by the Contracting Authority for its implementation. 3. Appendix No. 11 to the draft contract - List of categories of lines, which is a business secret of PP S.A., due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained therein, cannot be made available on the website of the conducted proceedings, so access to it will be possible through its transmission by the Ordering Party via the Platform.The access referred to above will be possible after the Contractor has submitted, via the Platform (tab "questions to the proceedings") at least one day before the Contractor is scheduled to provide access to the following documents:1) written authorization for the person requesting access to the document on behalf of the Contractor - (if applicable);2) completed and signed NDA Agreement, - in accordance with the template attached as Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.To the Contractor who submits the documents indicated in point 3 (1) and (2) within 4 days after the publication of this announcement, the document protected due to the confidential nature of the information contained therein will be made available on the 5th day after the publication of this announcement (if the date of release falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the document will be made available on the first working day thereafter). Contractors who request access at a later date, the aforementioned document will be made available on an ongoing basis, up to the day before the opening of tenders.The documents referred to in point 3 (1) and (2) must be submitted signed with a qualified electronic signature by persons authorized to represent the Contractor.
