Description

Design, construction and management of nwo.nl and nro.nl and Kennisrotonde.nl user research: mapping the needs of the target groups and drawing up improvement proposals (only nwo.nl), - concept and design: designing the site concept, interaction design, information structure and design of the website. Testing and adjusting the proposals, - building front-end: working out the design, layout, structure and functionalities, - building back-end: building and setting up the cms, with the desired links to the data warehouse, job site, search engine and connections to the existing ICT infrastructure, - technical testing and migration: testing the new website (front-end and back-end) and migrating from old to new situation, - governance advice: advising on how to efficiently manage content and functionality, based on the existing organisation and current agreements on maintenance and management (only nwo.).(nl),- training and documentation: providing up-to-date documentation and training to editors, technical managers and webmasters, management, maintenance and first-line support for users of the CSM (editors, functional management, admin) and providing services on the basis of the SLA to be closed, hosting: hosting the websites on the basis of the SLA to be closed, - possible further development of the websites at the request of NWO and NRO. The scope of the assignment for Regieorgaan SIA (Lot 2) concerns the following services: - together with Regieorgaan SIA, mapping out the wishes, requirements and needs of the organisation of Regieorgaan SIA and the main target groups. This with regard to the goals and principles of the website, content, information structure and appearance. Taking into account the goals and principles of the organisation Regieorgaan SIA and the desired development of the organisation as described in, among other things, a strategy, - together with Regieorgaan SIA drawing up a plan for the information structure including sitemap and creative concept (construction, design, navigation, interaction of the website), - designing the entire website and in consultation with Regieorgaan SIA determining how the desired content best fits in with this, - the design of the website also includes the translation and/or further development of the house style of Regieorgaan SIA. This involves the design of all the different elements that are visible on the website. The development of icons can also be part of this. The choices made and the starting points of the (online) house style are described by the contractor so that they can be added to the house style guide, - part of the website is a search engine that fits in with the jointly formulated starting points and goals of the website in the development phase, - offering the website a searchable list (the so-called lecturer database) whose input is provided directly from the SIA information system and in xml (including the possibility to easily process updates from xml), - construction front-end: the elaboration of design, layout, structure and functionalities,- building back-end: building and setting up the cms,- acceptance test,- performing (or having performed) a user test of the prototype of the website, for example in acceptance environment,- management, maintenance and first-line support for users of the cms (editors, functional management, admin) and the provision of services on the basis of the SLA to be concluded that o.a. is based on the schedule of requirements,- hosting the website on the basis of the SLA to be concluded,- functional maintenance: modification, removal or addition of elements or design at the request of Regieorgaan SIA,- the contractor draws up a manual for the use of the CSM and acts as a point of contact for questions and problems with the use of the CSM both during the development phase and during the entire management phase of the assignment.
