The renovation of the elementary school at the Weißen See in Berlin is a functional, static, thermal and fire protection necessity. The school will be rebuilt for a 4-flight use. The building is listed as a historical monument and the following main features must be taken into account:- construction of a drinking water system (approx. 1,100 m),- construction of a sewage system (approx. 475 m),- sanitary facilities (4 disabled toilets, 12 washbasins, 18 urinals, 46 WCs, 14 washbasins, 6 showers),- renovation of rainwater pipes (approx. 120 m).
