Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 of municipal waste indicated in the subject matter of the contract from the owners of properties residing in the commune of Nowy Wiśnicz.2The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the collection and management in the period covered by the contract: a) Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste collected respectively in containers or bags from residential buildings, exhibited on the collection route, b) Selectively collected municipal waste collected in appropriately marked bags from residential buildings, exhibited on the collection route, i.e.: a) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected respectively in containers or bags from residential buildings, exhibited on the collection route, b) Selectively collected municipal waste collected in appropriately marked bags from residential buildings, exhibited on the collection route, i.e.: a) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers or bags from residential buildings, exhibited on the collection route.plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, white and coloured glass, paper, cardboard, biodegradable waste, furniture and other large-size waste, other fractions not listed above collected selectively, including slag, ash, clothing, textiles, c) Waste collected selectively transported by residents by their own means of transport to the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste located at the landfill site at ul. Jana Matejki in Nowy Wiśnicz, including: furniture and other large-size waste, used tyres, construction and demolition waste, ashes, electrical and electronic equipment, hazardous (problematic) waste from households (fluorescent lamps, light bulbs, used, batteries, aerosol cans, chemicals, packaging after lubricants, oils, adhesives and other medical waste generated in households, e.g. household waste, household waste, household waste, household waste, household waste, etc.). syringes and needles, etc.),d) Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from public areas within the framework of the "Clean Up the World" actions carried out in the commune twice a year. Planned amount of collected waste is estimated at about 1 Mg during the duration of the contract, e) Overdue medicines collected from pharmacies in the commune of Nowy Wiśnicz, f) Building and demolition waste as part of additional services (in the amount exceeding the limit set by the commune). The estimated weight of waste to be collected from the properties where residents live as part of additional services is 50 Mg during the term of the contract. The estimated number of residential property owners who may take advantage of the additional service is: 48 properties during the term of the contract. The estimated amount of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, which the Ordering Party expects to be collected and disposed of from the owners of properties inhabited during the term of the contract, is: 1,800 Mg. The Contractor is not entitled to remuneration for the collection and management of municipal waste other than unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.4. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Specification of the Essential Terms of Contract and its attachments.
