Description

The subject of the order is to manage (subject to recovery, recycling and neutralization) municipal waste collected from the owners of properties where the residents live and from properties used for recreation and holiday purposes from the area of Lesznowola commune, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, the Ordinance of the Minister of Environment of 14 December 2016 on recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery with other methods of some municipal waste fractions, the Provincial Waste Management Plan and the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lesznowola commune.
The subject of the contract covers management of the following types of waste:- unsegregated municipal waste (mixed), - municipal waste constituting bio-waste, - municipal waste paper, including cardboard, - municipal waste of metals, plastics and waste from multi-material packaging, - municipal waste glass (colourless and coloured), - municipal waste furniture and other bulky waste, - waste - used tyres,- municipal waste collected in accordance with the Rules of Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Lesznowola Municipality during the collection of bulky waste (construction, household, electrical and electronic waste, packaging of adhesives, paints and varnishes and other hazardous or polluted substances, batteries and accumulators, outdated medicines, tires from passenger cars, etc.).).
