Description

The subject of the contract is successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania, Osieczna commune, Wielkopolskie province and the Municipal Waste Handling Station in Rawicz, Wielkopolskie province and transfer to the installation in order to manage in the process of recovery (R) the waste of code 20 03 07. The method of management of the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.2Estimated amount of large-size waste of code 20 03 07 to be collected and disposed of by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. from 1.2.2021 to 31.1.2022 is about 4 400 Mg, including: a) about 3570 Mg from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania; b) about 830 Mg from the Municipal Waste Handling Station in Rawicz.

The method of management of the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable laws and decisions of the Contractor.2Estimated amount of large-size waste of code 20 03 07 to be collected and disposed of by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. from 1.2.2021 to 31.1.2022 is approx. 4 400 Mg, including: a) approx. 3 570 Mg from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania; b) approx. 830 Mg from the Municipal Waste Handling Station in Rawicz.3The Contracting Authority hereby informs that the total quantity of waste and the quantities for individual acceptance points are estimates showing the possible scope of the contract and may change depending on the Contracting Authority's needs for individual acceptance points. In connection with the above, waste collection in a quantity lower than estimated shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Contracting Authority, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims on this account. At the same time the Contracting Authority reserves the right to collect more waste from ZZO in Trzebania and less waste from SPOK in Rawicz, within the total estimated amount of waste specified above, i.e. approx. 4 400 Mg.4Waste which is the subject of the contract comes from the selective collection of bulky waste from the property owners, collected through direct collection in the so-called travelling collections and through selective collection points for municipal waste (PSZOK).5 The Contracting Authority, in order to provide the current service of collecting bulky waste, requires the Contractor to provide the service of collecting waste from the Contracting Authority in the above mentioned in point 3.5. estimated monthly quantities not later than by the 10th day of the following month of the service provision, with the frequency: a) minimum 2 courses per day - in case of waste collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania (ZZO in Trzebania); b) minimum 2 courses per week - in case of collection from the Municipal Waste Handling Station in Rawicz (SPOK in Rawicz).At the same time the Contracting Authority stipulates that the daily quantity of waste storage acceptance indicated in point 3.6.a) above - in case of collection from ZZO in Trzebani and the weekly quantity of waste storage indicated in point 3.6.b) above - in case of collection from SPOK in Rawicz should be adjusted to the Contracting Authority's current needs in this respect, which means that the Contractor will provide fewer or more courses on a given day than indicated above to guarantee current collection of stored waste. The required response time of the Contractor to the Ordering Party's application cannot exceed 24 hours from the moment the Contractor receives the application by e-mail, counting the working days.6 For technical, technological and logistic reasons, the Ordering Party reserves the right to accept any amount of waste by the Contractor, and thus does not provide transport batches.
