Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from properties not inhabited by residents of the Kętrzyn Municipality in a manner consistent with the provisions of law.2 The Contractor bears full responsibility for the management of the collected waste in accordance with the provisions of law in force in this respect, in particular with respect to the handling of waste, its transport, delivery to an authorised entrepreneur conducting business in the field of recovery or disposal of municipal waste.3. The Contractor shall in particular be obliged to1) collect and manage municipal waste from uninhabited real estate; the scope of the order also includes cleaning up waste collected outside containers, in places where it is placed; 2) prevent the dumping of waste during loading and transport; weighing all municipal waste collected; 3) maintain the proper sanitary and technical condition of vehicles, equipment and containers; vehicles must be secured against the escape of waste during loading, transport and handling; vehicles, equipment and containers must be washed and disinfected with a frequency guaranteeing their proper sanitary condition; 4) provide the Ordering Party for each billing period (month) with written information specifying the weight of collected waste, including: the mass of mixed waste, type and mass of fractions of separately collected waste;5) keeping waste records, reporting, including the submission to the Contracting Authority of reports of an entity collecting municipal waste from property owners, in accordance with the requirements of law; the basis for the preparation of reports is the waste records and waste transfer cards kept by the contractor;6) submission of collected mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from municipal waste sorting to the regional municipal waste processing installation appropriate for the region, in accordance with the Waste Management Plan for the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022.7) management of selectively collected municipal waste in waste recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management and the proximity principle referred to in Articles 17 and 20 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.
