Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste collected in the areas of the property where the residents live, located in the Ciechocinek Municipality, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, in the period from 10.2.2020 to 31.1.2021.1a) mixed municipal waste collected in containers,b) municipal waste collected selectively in bags :- glass, excluding packaging for plant protection products and medical devices,- paper, cardboard,- plastics, multi-materials and metals, excluding packaging for plant protection products and medical devices,- green waste and biodegradable municipal waste.2) In multi-family buildings, collection and management of: a) mixed municipal waste collected in containers,b) municipal waste collected in containers, in a selective manner: paper,c) municipal waste collected in containers, in a selective manner: plastics,d) municipal waste collected in containers, in a selective manner: glass,e) municipal waste collected in containers, in a selective manner: bio-waste;3) collection of furniture and bulky materials from inhabited properties, in the month preceding Easter, and Christmas in agreement with the Orderer;4) the order does not include collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties: construction and demolition waste, metals, used electrical and electronic equipment, chemicals, out-of-date drugs, used batteries and accumulators, tyres.2While performing the management of collected municipal waste, the collector is obliged to deliver:1) mixed municipal waste, green waste and biodegradable municipal waste to the municipal waste processing installation indicated by it.2) selectively collected municipal waste to the recovery and neutralization installation, in accordance with the principles of waste handling specified in the applicable regulations.3.The contractor will equip the property inhabited by single-family houses with bags with a capacity of 120 l intended for selective collection (i.e. paper, glass, plastics and bio-waste):1) the bags must be made of plastic which makes it impossible for them to tear during normal operation, and have cords or ribbons enabling free closure (tying),2) the bags must be marked in a manner enabling identification of individual fractions of selective waste collection in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions.5In connection with the performance of the order, the Contractor shall be fully responsible for proper waste management, in accordance with the applicable laws. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 2 to the ToR.
