Description

The subject matter of the contract shall be collection, transportation and management of municipal waste from the municipal properties of Świebodzin Municipality for a period of 12 months.2. The detailed scope of the contract and terms of performance have been specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ, along with an attachment.3. The Contractor shall perform the contract under the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
(1) The subject matter of the order is the collection, transportation and management of municipal waste from municipal properties of the Municipality of Świebodzin over a period of 12 months.2. The subject matter of the order includes: 1) collection of municipal waste from municipal properties located in the Municipality of Świebodzin (Lubuskie Voivodeship, Świebodzin County), cyclically at the source, divided into the following fractions:(a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,b) paper,c) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,d) glass,e) bio-waste that constitutes municipal waste,f) used tires,g) bulky waste,2) collection of municipal waste as part of additional collections,3) transportation of collected municipal waste referred to in points 1-2 (hereinafter: , "municipal waste") to the place of collection (management) of waste, provided by the Contractor and indicated in the bid, 4) transfer for management of municipal waste at the place / places of collection (management) of waste, provided by the Contractor and indicated / indicated in the bid,5) to provide throughout the period of implementation of municipal waste collection and transportation services, place / places of collection (management) of all fractions of municipal waste,6) to provide the Contracting Authority with containers / containers, intended for the collection of municipal waste, referred to in points 1-2,7) the implementation of services and duties related to the above. in points 1)-6).3. The detailed scope of the contract and the terms of performance are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, together with the appendix.4.. the Contractor is obliged to perform the order under the terms and conditions described in the Model contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
