Description

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from property owners from the Tomice commune in 2021 by sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful waste management methods. The purpose of waste management is to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage is limited, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010, as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Małopolska Region. The total estimated quantity of municipal waste to be utilized during the contract execution period is 1 745,00 Mg.
The subject matter of the contract is the management of municipal waste from the owners of properties in the Tomice commune in 2021 through sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful waste management methods. The Contractor is obliged to: manage selectively collected municipal waste: paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging, plastics, plastic packaging, glass, glass packaging, metals, metal packaging, multi-material packaging, mixed packaging (15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 07, 20 01 02, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 05, 15 01 06); management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01); management of biodegradable waste (bio-waste: 20 01 08, 20 02 01); management of other not mentioned fractions collected selectively - ash (20 01 99); management of bulky waste (20 03 07); management of used tyres (16 01 03); management of used electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35, 20 01 36); management of construction and demolition waste (17 01 01 and others listed in Annex 1 to the ToR "Description of the subject of the contract"); management of waste batteries and accumulators (16 06 01, 16 06 02 and others listed in Annex 1 to ToR "Description of the subject matter of the contract"); management of out-of-date medicines and chemicals (20 01 32, 20 01 31 and others listed in Annex 1 toR "Description of the subject matter of the contract"); management of textiles and clothing (20 01 10, 20 01 11); management of other municipal waste, i.e.: waste from the environment (20 01 10, 20 01 11). hygienic - waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes (20 03 99). The total estimated quantity of municipal waste to be managed during the contract period is 1 745,00 Mg. Detailed information on the scope and method of performance of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the ToR "Description of the subject of the contract".
