Description

As part of Task No. 1 "Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents of the Raszyn Municipality live". The Contractor shall be obliged to collect municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the Raszyn Municipality and deliver it to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant. In accordance with the provisions contained in the "Description of the subject matter of the contract" - constituting Annex A1 to these Terms of Reference. The order includes: a) collection of mixed municipal waste and delivery to the Regional Installation for Municipal Waste Processing (RIPOK), b) collection of municipal waste collected selectively, in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Raszyn, in force at the time of the contract, c) management (recovery and neutralization) of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the law and provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by Resolution No. 3/19 of the Assembly of the Mazowieckie Province of 22.1.2019 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 with appendices and Resolution No. 4/19 of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Assembly of 22.1.2019 on the execution of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 with annexes concerning the Western region (Dz. Urz. Woj. Maz. z 2019 r. poz. 1462), d) equipping the real estate with appropriate quantities of bags and containers for collection of waste of particular types, e) maintaining the containers for collection of waste in proper order, technical and sanitary condition (washing, disinfection and disinfection and technical repair of containers), f) handling notifications and complaints related to the implementation of the subject of the contract and orders for services.Characteristics of the place of service provision: a) the assumed number of residents of the commune of Raszyn to be served under the system is: 24 146b) the number of single-family real estates is: 6 110c) the number of multi-family buildings shall be: 49d) the area of the commune is 44,2 km2e) the length of public roads in the commune of Raszyn is about 200 km. Within the framework of Task 2 "Making municipal waste delivered by residents of the Raszyn Municipality accessible, handled, collected and managed to the Selective Urban Waste Collection Point", the Contractor shall be obliged to accept from the residents of the Raszyn Municipality, without charging additional individual fees, municipal waste selectively collected - in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract - Annex A2, in the form of an annex to the contract:a) selectively collected packaging and raw material waste, b) green waste and bio-waste, c) bulky waste, d) waste electrical and electronic equipment, e) out-of-date medicines and chemicals, f) used batteries and accumulators, g) used tyres, h) clothing and textiles, i) construction and demolition waste in the amount of up to 750 kg annually from each property inhabited in the Raszyn Municipality.The characteristics of the place of provision of the service: (a) the estimated number of inhabitants of the municipality of Raszyn to be served under the scheme is 24 146; (b) the estimated number of occupied single-family dwellings is: 6 110;c) the number of occupied multi-family buildings is estimated: 49.Planned dates of PSZOK opening - at least two days a week (one working day and Saturday) between 16:00 - 22:00 (working days), 10:00 - 18:00 (Saturday)
