Description

The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners living in Rudziniec municipality and emptying street baskets from Rudziniec municipality.
The subject matter of this order is to collect and manage municipal waste from the owners of properties located in Rudziniec Commune and emptying street baskets from Rudziniec Commune. On the day of signing the contract, the Contractor will receive from the Ordering Party a detailed list of property/address points from which municipal waste will be collected. During the execution of the contract the list will be updated on an ongoing basis (by the Principal and the Contractor).The subject matter of the contract includes the service of collection and management of municipal waste generated in the Rudziniec commune, coming from the properties where the residents live, in particular such as:a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;b) paper;c) glass;d) metals;e) plastics;f) multi-material packaging waste;g) bio-waste;h) used electrical and electronic equipment;i) furniture and other bulky waste;j) used tyres;k) hazardous waste;l) outdated medicines and chemicals;(ł) waste not eligible for medical waste arising from the acceptance of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes; (m) used batteries and accumulators; (n) construction and demolition waste; (o) waste textiles and clothing; (a) Collection of waste types:- unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, - paper, - glass, - metals, - plastics, - multi-material packaging waste, - bio-waste, - waste electrical and electronic equipment, - furniture and other bulky waste, - used tyres.It will take place directly from the area of inhabited property. Waste such as paper, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, metals, bio-waste will also be delivered directly by the residents to the Municipal Waste Collection Point. Waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres in the amount of up to 4 per person per year will be collected as part of the share collections, in the form of so-called exhibitions (on the sidewalk or on the side of the property), at least twice a year. Moreover, such waste will be delivered directly by the residents to the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in the Municipality.b) Waste type: - hazardous waste, - outdated medicines and chemicals, - waste not eligible for medical waste, which is produced in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes, - used batteries and accumulators, - construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste in the amount of 20 kg per person per year, - textiles and clothing.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Specification of Essential Terms of Contract and its annexes.
