Description

The subject of the Order is the provision of the service of collection and management of all municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabited from the area of the town and commune of Jędrzejów.
The subject matter of the Order is the provision of the service of collection and management of all municipal waste from the owners of the properties inhabited from the area of the town and commune of Jędrzejów, including:1.1. collection of waste generated in the area of the town and commune of Jędrzejów from the owners of the properties where the residents live (single and multi-family buildings) and its transport to the place of development;1.2. collection of municipal waste collected at selective municipal waste collection points (called PSZOK) located in the town and commune of Jędrzejów: Jędrzejów at Rakowska Street, 28-300 Jędrzejów and at the Municipal Waste Disposal Site in the Mały Stream; 28-300 Jędrzejów and management of the municipal waste collected from the residents of the town and commune of Jędrzejów within the framework of PSZOK;1.3. organization and operation of a touring collection of bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres from households;1.4. provision of LDPE bags for selective collection of municipal waste, waste collection containers - at the request of the property owner and other services listed in the description of the subject of the contract;1.5. The municipal waste collection must be divided into the following fractions:1) collected directly from the property:a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;b) paper and cardboard;c) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste;d) glass;e) biodegradable waste;f) bulky waste;g) used electrical and electronic equipment;h) used tyres;2) collected from PSZOK:(a) paper and cardboard; (b) plastics; (c) multi-material packaging waste; (d) metals; (e) glass; (f) biodegradable waste; (g) construction and demolition waste; (h) bulky waste; (i) used electrical and electronic equipment; (j) used batteries and accumulators; (k) used tyres; (l) waste textiles and clothing; (ł) out-of-date medicines;(m) fluorescent tubes and other waste containing mercury; (n) motor, gear and lubricating oils; (o) solvents, paints, inks, adhesives, binders and resins; (o) waste not eligible for medical waste arising from the acceptance of medicinal products by injection and the monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes
