Description
The subject of the contract is to provide (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) a service of collecting solid waste from ships using the wharves located within the boundaries of the sea port in Szczecin and further processing of the collected waste.The boundaries of the sea port in Szczecin are defined by the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 21.6.2005 on establishing the border of the sea port in Szczecin from the side of land (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 119, item 1010, as amended).1) Waste generated on board a ship (Annex V of the Marpol Convention and waste related to cargo, not being cargo residues, listed in the guidelines of Annex V of the Marpol Convention), in particular: a. food waste (code: 20 01 08 - biodegradable kitchen waste) or code: 20 03 01 - unsorted (mixed) municipal wastes),b. household wastes (e.g. coded 'Household waste' (e.g. municipal waste),c. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste),d. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste),d. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste),e.g. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste),e.g. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste),e.g. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste),e.g. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste (e.g. municipal waste) 20 03 01 - unsorted (mixed) municipal wastes, 200399 - municipal wastes not otherwise specified),c. plastics (incl. code: 15 01 02 - plastic packaging),d. paper and board (incl. code: 15 01 01 - paper and cardboard packaging),e. glass (incl. code: 15 01 07 - glass packaging),f. metals (incl. code: 15 01 04 - metal packaging),g. wood (incl. code: 15 01 03 - wood packaging),h. waste electrical and electronic equipment (code: 16 02 14),i. batteries, accumulators (code: 16 06 04),i. ash (code: 19 01 12),k. edible oils (code: 20 01 25),l. hazardous waste, sorted (including those included in groups 08, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 i.e. waste paint and varnish, mercury lamps, batteries, accumulators, oily cleaning cloth, oily rags, oil and fuel filters, oily solid waste from ships, etc.), - hazardous waste, sorted (including those included in groups 08, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 i.e. waste paint and varnish, mercury lamps, batteries, accumulators, oily cleaning cloth, oily rags, oil and fuel filters, oily solid waste from ships, etc.).), m. Category 1 catering waste (code: 20 01 08) - this is catering waste containing animal by-products from means of international transport, i.e. ships coming from third countries, i.e. from outside the European Union - classified as Category 1 material in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21.10.2009. (Official Journal of the European Union L 300, as amended), and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011 of 25.2.2011, n. products of animal origin (code: 20 01 08) - these are personal consignments of products of animal origin, of non-commercial character, forming part of travellers' luggage, imported by travellers from third countries, i.e. outside the European Union, as referred to in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 206/2009 of 5.3.2009. (OJ L 77, as amended). The subject of the contract is to provide (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) a service of collecting solid waste from ships using the wharves located within the boundaries of the sea port in Świnoujście and further processing of the collected waste.The borders of the sea port in Świnoujście are specified by the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 1.10.2010 on establishing the border of the sea port in Świnoujście on the side of land (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 190, item 1275).B.I. Within the scope of the subject of the contract, the Economic Operator shall be obliged to: 1.
