Description

The subject of the order is to create a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Wilamowice Municipality and to accept the municipal waste fractions specified by the Ordering Party in the PSZOK and to transfer them for management.
The subject matter of the contract includes: 1. creating a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) on the territory of the Wilamowice Municipality meeting the conditions specified by the Employer.2Accepting the following fractions of municipal waste in PSZOK and handing them over for management: a) paper;b) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste;c) glass;d) bio-waste - food and kitchen waste from households, with the exception of the owners of properties developed with single-family residential buildings who compost bio-waste constituting municipal waste in a composter at home;e) bio-waste - other bio-waste not listed in item (a), (b), (c) and (d). e) bio-waste - other bio-waste not listed under (d), including cut fresh grass, leaves, cut flowers, parts of small branches whose size will not exceed 40 cm, etc. - from the property on which the residential building for which the declaration is located, for which the declaration has been submitted, with the exception of the owners of properties built up with single-family residential buildings who compost bio-waste constituting municipal waste in a household composter, partially exempt from the fee for municipal waste management; f) hazardous waste; g) outdated medicines and chemicals;h) waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes; i) used batteries and accumulators; j) used electrical and electronic equipment; k) furniture and other bulky waste; l) used tyres up to 8 units. m) construction and demolition waste (from minor works carried out on their own, not requiring a building or demolition permit or notification of the intention to carry out the works) - up to 2 m3 from the owner of the property in the given calendar year; n) waste textiles and clothing; o) ash (in code ex 20 01 99 - ashes from households).The service of PSZOK will be carried out from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2023 every Wednesday from 10.00 to 18.00 and every Saturday from 7.00 to 15.00.4. the Contractor by 16 December 2020 is obliged to notify in writing that the PSZOK is ready to operate in accordance with all guidelines specified by the Contracting Authority together with the required documentation.5A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Chapter III of the Terms of Reference (ToR).
