Description

The subject of the contract will cover municipal waste with code 20 02 01 01 in the amount of 2 800 Mg per year (throughout the whole period of the contract), including: - in plastic bags: 2,500 Mg,- "loose" bagless: 300 Mg. The management of biodegradable municipal waste (covered by the contract) should be carried out in a manner ensuring the limitation of storage of such waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the levels of limitation of storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass of 15.12.2017. (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412) The waste will be delivered by the Ordering Party's transport from Monday to Friday. Received waste must be weighed each time on a scale with a valid legalization document. Weighing must be confirmed by issuing a weight receipt, acceptance and management of waste will be confirmed by a waste transfer card issued in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 21, as amended) and the Act of 19.7.2019 amending the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and Certain Other Acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1579). The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with monthly reports containing information on the amount of waste collected, broken down by the method of waste delivery. The Contractor shall inform the Ordering Party about any failures of the installation, stoppages in accepting waste, changes in the operation of the installation resulting from reasons beyond the control of the Contractor, limitations resulting from the decision of the supervisory authorities within 48 hours from the moment of occurrence of events, limitations, downtime.
