Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste from the Sędziejowice municipality. The scope of the order concerns inhabited properties, PSZOK together with equipping them with containers for waste collection. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations includes:1) collection and management of waste:a) directly from inhabited properties:- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with division into fractions;b) from PSZOK;c) used batteries and accumulators;2) equipment for PSZOK;3) collection of bulky waste;4) obligation to provide containers;5) control of waste segregation obligation.The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Section III of the ToR, description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 8 - cleaning regulations, Annex No. 9 - list of real estate and Annex No. 11 - detailed manner and scope of providing services.
The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste from the Sędziejowice commune. Within the scope of the order, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of municipal solid waste, which will be placed next to the containers in any bag corresponding to its colour, from all inhabited properties. The scope of the order applies to residential properties, PSZOK together with equipping them with containers for waste collection. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations includes:1) collection and management of waste:a) directly from the inhabited property:- unsegregated (mixed), - segregated municipal waste with division into fractions;b) from PSZOK;c) used batteries and accumulators;2) equipment of PSZOK;3) collection of bulky waste;4) obligation to provide containers;5) control of the waste segregation obligation.The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Section III of the ToR, description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 8 - cleaning regulations, Annex No. 9 - list of properties and Annex No. 11 - detailed manner and scope of providing services.22.1 Pursuant to art. 29 par. 3a in connection with art. 36 par. 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the employment of persons performing activities within the scope of the contract 2.1 Pursuant to art. 29 par. 3a in connection with art. 36 par. 2 item 8a of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires that persons be employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract to perform the necessary activities related to:a) loading municipal waste from containers (waste sacks) into vehicles adapted to collect respectively municipal waste: mixed (garbage trucks), selectively collected or vehicles without a compaction function; b) driving vehicles which are required to perform the contract, i.e. b) driving vehicles which are required for the performance of the contract, i.e. vehicles adapted to collect mixed municipal waste (refuse collection trucks), vehicles adapted to collect selectively collected municipal waste, a waste collection vehicle without a compaction function; c) planning, directing and supervising the work of drivers and loaders of municipal waste, referred to in subitems a and b; d) supervising the work system of monitoring the routes of vehicles collecting municipal waste (GPS); e) supervising the performance of the contract (m)The detailed method of documenting the employment of the above mentioned persons, the rights to control and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are specified in Section III SWIZ - description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 10 to the ToR - model contract.3The order completion period covers the period from the date of concluding the contract to 31 December 2022, including in particular: a) the obligation to equip all properties indicated by the Ordering Party with waste containers and bags for waste from the date of concluding the contract to 21.12.2020; b) the obligation to equip PSZOK in Sędziejowice with appropriate containers for waste from the date of concluding the contract to 21.12.2020.12.12.2020;c) obligation to provide the residents with a municipal waste collection schedule agreed with the Ordering Party from the date of concluding the agreement until 21.12.2020 - for 2021 and until 21.12.2021 for 2022;d) obligation to collect and manage waste collected from properties inhabited in the Sędziejowice Municipality from l.1.2021 to 31.12.2022.
