Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from property owners in the municipality of Łomża in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, WPGO, u.u.c.p.g. and the Act on Waste. The scope of the contract applies to all inhabited properties located in the Łomża municipality and uninhabited properties (including those from public places) on which, in accordance with the Civil Code, the Ordering Party is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e., among others, properties owned by the Łomża municipality, bus and tram stops). The list of addresses of these properties from which waste will be collected (including properties on which bio-waste is composted in household composters) will be provided by the Łomża Municipality to the Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded, at the latest one working day after signing the contract. The number of households from which municipal waste will be collected may change during the order processing process. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with information necessary for the proper performance of the contract, in particular concerning changes in the number and location of households subject to the waste collection obligation. The Contractor's obligation shall be to perform the order taking into account the above changes within the offered amount of order performance.
