The subject of the contract covers the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabited and not inhabited - located within the administrative borders of the city of Żywiec: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, ashes, unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, hazardous waste, out-of-date drugs and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, waste tyres, construction and demolition waste, textiles and clothing.
1) Collection, transport and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers and bags located next to or on non-residential properties: workplaces, commercial and service outlets, schools, cemeteries and parishes, public institutions, catering establishments, pharmacies, markets, clinics and medical facilities, hotels and other accommodation facilities, allotment gardens and recreational cottages, recreation and sports facilities, etc.2).Collection, transport and management of municipal waste, collected in containers and bags in a selective manner.3From the date of concluding an agreement for collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of properties where residents of Żywiec and non-residents live, an organised selective collection point for municipal waste (PSZOK), located at 51 Bracka Street in Żywiec, POLAND.4Providing the contracting authority with a copy of the cards for delivery of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (confirmed by the contractor, for conformity with the original) to the place of its recovery, recycling or disposal upon request within five days.5 The contractor bears full responsibility for proper management of municipal waste, in accordance with the applicable regulations. This applies in particular to their handling, transport, requirements concerning the storage and equipment base and all formal and legal matters related to the collection and delivery of waste to an authorized entrepreneur conducting the activity of recovery or disposal of municipal waste.
