Description
(1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code 19 05 03. The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed is 3 600 Mg for a period of 12 months. This waste is generated in the process of biological processing of municipal waste at the MBP installation managed by "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o., ie: Z/I in Julkow, Skierniewice municipality.2. The waste subject to the contract will be collected and then managed on the premises indicated by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the applicable laws in this regard and the processes listed in the Law of December 14, 2012 on waste.

This waste is generated in the process of biological processing of municipal waste at the MBP installation managed by "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o., ie: Z/I in Julkow, Skierniewice municipality. (2) The waste subject to the contract shall be collected and then managed on the premises of the facilities indicated by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the legal regulations in force in this regard and the processes specified in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012.
