Description

The subject of the contract is: "Provision of the service of collecting municipal waste and managing this waste from property owners from the Janów municipality". The subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is: "Providing the service of collecting municipal waste and managing this waste from the owners of properties from the area of the commune of Janów". The subject of the contract is the collection of transport and management of municipal waste from properties located in the area of the commune of Janów and the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK).The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the real estate: - real estate developed with a one-family residential building, - real estate developed with a multi-family building, - real estate with holiday cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, - selective collection point for municipal waste located at the sewage treatment plant in Janów, ul. Przyrowska and the Contractor shall be obliged to collect the following fractions of municipal waste from the properties located within the area of Janów municipality:1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;2. glass and glass packaging;3. paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging;4. plastics and plastic and metal packaging, multi-material packaging;5. bio-waste;6. Construction and demolition waste with a limit of 1 m3/year from the property;7. furniture and other bulky waste in the amount of up to 5 pieces per year from the property;8. used electrical and electronic equipment;9. used tyres in the amount of not more than 5 pieces per year from the property;10. waste from textiles and clothing;11. problematic waste, e.g. window woodwork with glass, doors with glass.II. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect the following fractions of municipal waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste:1. waste from textiles and clothing;2. glass and glass packaging;3. paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging;4. plastics and plastic and metal packaging, multi-material packaging;5. bio-waste;6. construction and demolition waste with the limit of 1 m3/year from the property;7. furniture and other bulky waste in the amount of up to 5 items per year from the property;8./8. used tyres in the amount of up to 5 pieces per year from the property;9. waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injection and monitoring of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes;10. outdated medicines and chemicals and their packaging, fluorescent lamps, bulbs, fluorescent lamps;11. used electrical and electronic equipment;III. Containers (bins) for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in the amount:- 120 l container. - minimum number of 1 150, - 240 l container. - minimum number of 700, - container 1,100 l. - minimum number of 30 containers (sacks) for selectively collected waste: - green sacks 120 l. - minimum number of 60 000 units, - yellow sacks 120 l. - minimum number of 100,000 pieces, - blue sacks 120 l. - minimum number of 60 000 units, - brown sacks 120 l. - minimum number of 60,000 pcs.
