Description

The subject of the contract is "Provision of the service of collecting and managing municipal waste generated on properties inhabited by the commune of Liszki in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021". "A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract as well as the scope and conditions of performance of the contract are specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR) Chapter II as well as in the annexes to the ToR.3.The scope of work includes: 3.1. The scope of work includes: 1) collection of municipal waste from the properties where residents live (the so-called "waste management system"), 2) collection of municipal waste from the property where the residents live (the so-called "waste management system"), 3) collection of municipal waste from the property where the residents live (the "waste management system"), 4) collection of municipal waste from the property where the residents live (the "waste management system"), 5) collection of municipal waste from the property where the residents live (the "waste management system" (the "waste management system"). a) collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, including ashes from household hearths resulting from normal living conditions, b) collection of segregated waste, c) collection of biodegradable waste, 2) collection of municipal waste by a selective collection point for household waste:a) green (garden) waste b) segregated waste c) furniture and bulky waste d) waste electrical and electronic equipment e) construction and repair waste - from minor repairs (one-off repairs from real estate up to 10 120 l bags) f) used tyres from passenger cars g) out-of-date medicines 3) collection of hazardous municipal waste i.e. municipal waste from the waste collection point of view of the environment solvents, acids, alkalis, fluorescent lamps, oils, fats, paints, inks, batteries and accumulators, etc. 3.2 Frequency of waste collection: 1) mobile point of selective collection of municipal waste (collection from real estate) should, once a year, in October, in the month of October, collect waste listed in point 3.1, sub-clause 2 and 3, after prior agreement with the Ordering Party on collection dates. The Contractor is obliged to inform the residents about the dates of pick-up at least one month before the agreed date. The collection of waste by a mobile point is to take place directly from the property,2) biodegradable waste (if it is not composted in household composting plants) and unsorted (mixed) municipal waste will be collected twice a month from May to October, in the remaining months once (in accordance with the waste collection schedule included in Attachment No. 6 to the ToR).3) separated waste from paper, metals, plastics, glass and multi-material packaging shall be collected once a month (in accordance with the waste collection schedule included in Attachment No. 7 to the ToR).4) The collection of waste included in item 3.1. subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) shall take place directly from the real estate.5) The Contractor is obliged to organize two temporary points of selective collection of municipal waste from the area of the Liszki commune in the area indicated by the Contracting Authority. At designated points, the Contractor shall be obliged to establish, operate and maintain a collection point, where waste of the following fractions, delivered selectively by the commune residents, shall be collected: green waste, metal, bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, tyres from passenger cars, clothing, textiles, hazardous municipal waste such as solvents, acids, alkalis, fluorescent lamps, oils, fats, paints, inks, inks, batteries and accumulators, etc. The Contractor shall be obliged to establish, operate and maintain a collection point, where waste of the following fractions, delivered by the commune residents, shall be collected: green waste, metal, bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, tyres from passenger cars, clothing, textiles, hazardous municipal waste such as solvents, acids, alkalis, fluorescent lamps, oils, fats, paints, inks, batteries and accumulators etc. (all listed in the current waste catalogue under waste group 20). The Ordering Party, through a waste collection point, means a specialist vehicle adapted to receive the above mentioned waste streams. The Contractor is also obliged to keep records of collected waste, including the type and quantity of waste and full address data of the owner of the real estate from which the individual separated waste is delivered, and to provide the Ordering Party with a report, including waste transfer cards.
