Description

The subject matter of the contract is collection and management of municipal waste produced and collected from all residential properties located within the administrative borders of the Municipality of Głowno from 3 January 2022 to 31 December 2022,in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, as well as limitation of biodegradable municipal waste mass transferred to landfills, in accordance with provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2021. item 888 as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Province for 2016-2022 including 2023-2028, adopted by Resolution No. XL/502/17 of the Łódź Province Assembly of 20 June 2017 on adopting the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Province for 2016-2022 including 2023-2028 as amended.
The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected from all residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Głowno from 3 January 2022 to 31.12.2022,in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, as well as limitation of biodegradable municipal waste mass transferred to landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the municipality of Głowno (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended).), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Province for 2016-2022 including 2023-2028, adopted by Resolution No. XL/502/17 of the Łódź Province Assembly of 20 June 2017. on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Province of Łódź for 2016-2022 including 2023-2028, as amended (Official Gazette of the Province of Łódź of 2017, item 3160) and the provisions of the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Głowno Resolution No. XLI/311/21 of 30 March 2021. of the Municipal Council in Głowno on amending Resolution No. XXXIIII/254/20 of 30 September 2020. The area of Głowno Municipality is 1 984 ha. The population of the town is. 13 577 inhabitants. The number of people (as of 11.05.2021) resulting from submitted declarations of municipal waste management fee is 11 128, including 4259 in multi-family houses and 6869 in single-family houses.3 .The estimated number of single-family houses is 2674.4. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage: a) mixed municipal waste; b) municipal waste collected in a selective manner: paper, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, glass, biodegradable waste including green waste and biodegradable packaging waste, bulky waste including furniture, used electrical and electronic equipment, outdated drugs and chemicals, used batteries, used accumulators and used tires;c) construction and demolition waste other than hazardous waste resulting from construction works that do not require a building permit or notification of the intention to carry out the works to the competent administrative authority.5The Contractor shall be obliged to collect all selectively collected waste from the municipal waste selective collection point located in Głowno, ul. Dworska 3, upon prior arrangement of the collection date with a representative of Miejski Zakład Komunalny who is in charge of running the above-mentioned point.6.
