Description

The subject matter of the contract is: "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the municipality of Krzyżanowice in the years 2022-2023". The description of the subject matter of the contract was included in SWZ (Terms of Reference) together with appendices.
The subject matter of the contract is: "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties on the territory of the Municipality of Krzyżanowice in the years 2022-2023", including, among others:a) Provision of services of collection and management of municipal waste, arising on residential properties where municipal waste is generated on the territory of the Municipality of Krzyżanowice in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste submitted to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. On maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship for 2016 - 2022, adopted by Resolution of the Silesian Voivodeship Assembly No. V/37/7/2017 of 24 April 2017, the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 29 December 2016. on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19) and all applicable legal regulations.b) Purchase and distribution of bags for selective collection of municipal waste in single-family and multi-family dwellings - if the community chooses segregation in bags,c) Establishment and operation of a point for selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) on the territory of the Municipality of Krzyżanowice, within 14 days from the date of concluding the agreement, meeting the requirements set out by law in terms of locating it on a property to which the Contractor has legal title.d) Providing containers for collection of textiles and used clothing at the PSZOK area.Total forecast quantity of municipal waste under the contract is 5 300 [Mg] waste/year. Therefore, for the entire period of the contract (in the years 2022 and 2023) the predicted amount of waste will amount to 10 600 [Mg] of waste.2. Contractor is ready to implement and constantly improve pro-ecological activities in accordance with the Environmental Policy of the Municipality of Krzyżanowice, i.e. Environmental Protection Program for the Municipality of Krzyżanowice and its updates and the Development Strategy of the Municipality of Krzyżanowice.3. Minimizing the use of heavy equipment and minimizing the work of mechanical equipment, i.e. performing the task with the use of equipment adapted in terms of size and weight to the existing road infrastructure of the commune and not causing damage to this infrastructure.4. A list of towns with address points is enclosed as Attachment No. 4 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).5.
