Description

Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste from all residential properties and properties, where there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for a part of the year, located in the Radomsko Municipality. It is also required to pick up waste that were placed next to the containers in bags when they do not fit into the containers and emptying of additional private containers
3.3 Within the scope of the order, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the following types of waste: 3.3.1 from inhabited premises waste mentioned in the table in point 3.2.6, including among othersa) waste electrical and electronic equipment, b) furniture and other bulky waste, c) waste tyres, d) paper and cardboard, e) glass including clear glass and coloured glass, f) plastics, g) multi-material packaging, h) metal, i) biodegradable waste, j) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, including ash from central heating..3.The remaining municipal waste will be collected at the Municipal Waste Collective Facility (PSZOK) where the following items will be delivered by inhabitants(a) expired medicines,b) waste not qualifying as medical waste,c) chemicals,d) used batteries and accumulators,e) used electrical and electronic equipment,f) used tyres,g) glass,h) paper and cardboard,i) plastics,j) textiles and clothing,k) furniture and other bulky waste,l) construction and demolition waste,m) biodegradable waste,n) packaging of plant protection products and fertilizers. 3.4 Organization of Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK): 3.4.1 Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor, in the place agreed with the Ordering Party, until 31.12.2021 will organize PSZOK in the Municipality of Radomsko. It is allowed to use PSZOK located not more than 5 km from Radomsko Municipality. In case there is no own PSZOK in Radomsko Municipality or in the distance not more than 5 km from Radomsko Municipality or there is no possibility to organize it in time, there is a possibility to conclude a contract with the owner of existing PSZOK in Radomsko Municipality or in the distance not more than 5 km from Radomsko Municipality.It is also allowed to store waste temporarily in the warehouse-transport base before its transfer to the place of its management.Collection of bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and tires.Obligation to provide containers.
