Description
The subject matter of the contract is provision of municipal waste collection services from the area of the Municipality of Lidzbark Warmiński together with equipping the outlets with containers for selective collection of municipal waste and providing bags for certain properties.
The subject matter of the contract is provision of municipal waste collection services from the area of the Municipality of Lidzbark Warmiński together with equipping the outlets with containers for selective collection of municipal waste and providing bags for specific properties. The waste collected from the area of the city will be transported to Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Olsztyn, by means of the nearest reloading station, i.e. reloading station in Medyny.2The whole subject matter of the contract has been divided into 2 tasks as follows:1) Task nr 1 - Collection of mixed communal waste and selectively collected waste from all residential and non-residential properties from the area of the Lidzbark Warmiński Municipality and transport of the above waste to the reloading station in Medyny 2) Task no. 2 - Equipping nests for selective communal waste collection with containers for selective communal waste collection and providing the owners of residential properties up to 4 flats and the owners of non-residential properties with bags for selective communal waste collection of 120 l.3Characteristics of Lidzbark Warmiński commune: In Lidzbark Warmiński commune as of 31.07.2021 there are 14 877 registered inhabitants. 4. Total expected amount of municipal waste covered by the contract (within 12 months), according to the Employer's estimation is about 6 300 Mg, including: 1) unsorted municipal waste (mixed): 4 237 Mg,2) segregated waste (selectively collected): 2063 Mg including: - plastics, multi-material packaging and metal: 350 Mg,- glass: 300 Mg,- waste paper: 300 Mg,- bulky waste - 300 Mg,- construction and demolition waste - 150 Mg,- slags and ashes - 200 Mg,- electro-demolition waste - 50 Mg,- expired medicines - 1 Mg,- used tyres - 10 Mg,- biodegradable waste - 400 Mg,- textiles - 1 Mg,- paints, inks, adhesives, binders - 1 Mg. The quantity of waste listed above is indicative and has been accepted for the purpose of comparing offers and selecting the best bid. The Contractor, with whom the Contracting Authority will sign a contract, is not entitled to claim for providing the service in the above mentioned quantities. 5. 1) The following selectively collected waste fractions will be collected: - paper: paper waste including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste,- metal, plastic: metal waste including metal packaging waste, plastic waste including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste,- glass: glass waste, including glass packaging waste,- bio-waste,- slags and ashes - during the heating season at least once a week,- expired medicines - collection from pharmacies once a month,- bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres - collection at least once a quarter.Detailed information concerning the subject matter of the contract have been described in SWZ.
