Description

The subject matter of the contract shall be the collection, transport and management of the entire mass of municipal waste from residential properties, non-residential properties, selective collection point for municipal waste, bus stops, cemeteries and public places from the Łukowica commune within the period from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022. Łukowica Commune occupies an area of 69.7 km². It consists of 10 villages: Łukowica, Jadamwola, Jastrzębie, Młyńczyska, Owieczka, Przyszowa I, Przyszowa II-Berdychów, Roztoka, Stronie, Świdnik. The contract covers services consisting in collection of municipal waste from every inhabited property located on the grounds of Łukowica Commune as well as from non-occupied properties, including holiday cottages and properties, where accommodation services are provided, and their management (recovery, disposal), in accordance with the Regulation of maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łukowica Commune in force at the time of service provision.
The Contractor shall be obliged to: 1) collect unsorted (mixed) municipal waste of code 20 03 01 collected in containers and/or bags from residential and non-residential properties where municipal waste is produced, 2) collect selectively collected waste from residential and non-residential properties where municipal waste is produced, including: a) paper and cardboard (packaging and non-packaging) of codes 20 01 01 and 15 01 01,b) glass waste (packaging and non-packaging) with codes 20 01 02 and 15 01 07,c) plastic waste (packaging and non-packaging) with codes: 20 01 39 and 15 01 02, metal waste with codes 15 01 04, 20 01 40 (packaging and non-packaging), multi-material packaging with code 15 01 05 collected together, in one container or bag,d) construction and demolition waste with codes: 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 04 07, 17 08 02, 17 09 04, 20 03 99,e) used tyres with code 16 01 03,f) bulky waste, including furniture with code 20 03 07,g) used electrical and electronic equipment with codes 20 01 35*, 20 01 36,h) hazardous waste arising from households (i.e. hazardous waste generated in households (i.e. chemicals, used batteries and accumulators and others) with the following codes 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 2001 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 33*,i) expired medicines with the codes 20 01 32, j) biodegradable waste with the codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01,k) non-medical waste generated at households as a result of injecting medicines and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, coded ex 20 01 99,l) waste from street and yard cleaning, coded 20 03 03,m) other non-biodegradable waste, coded 20 02 03,n) clothing and textiles, coded 20 01 10, 20 01 11.3) Collect waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point, including in particular hazardous waste, out-of-date drugs and chemicals, waste not qualifying as medical waste produced at households as a result of injecting medicines and monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes, used batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, construction and demolition waste, and textile and clothing waste, as well as municipal waste defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective waste collection of selected waste fractions. 4) providing bags for selective collection of municipal waste with suitable parameters, appropriate colours and in appropriate quantities to the owners of individual properties in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions as well as with the requirements of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes that are in force during the performance of the subject matter of the contract, taking into account any potential changes that may occur in this respect,5) providing bags intended for the collection of mixed waste and construction and repair waste,
