Description

The subject matter of the contract is1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located on the territory of the Municipality of Widuchowa2) organization of two campaigns during a year to collect furniture and other bulky waste from residential property owners,3) collection of out-of-date drugs and drug packaging from residential properties from the territory of the Municipality of Widuchowa delivered to pharmacy points located on the territory of the Municipality of Widuchowa, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management;4) equipping the real estate with bags for selective waste collection; 5) equipping the PSZOK with proper containers and scales as well as collection, transport and management of waste coming from the PSZOK6) management of collected waste in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods as well as their management.
1) Collection, transport and management of the following municipal waste collected from all residential properties located in the area of Widuchowa Commune, i.e.:Mixed municipal waste, paper and cardboard, metal, plastics, including packaging and tetra-packaging, colourless and coloured glass packaging waste, bio-waste;2) organization of two campaigns of collection of furniture and other bulky waste from the inhabited real estate owners during a year,3) collection of out-of-date medicines and medicine packaging from the inhabited real estates from the Widuchowa commune delivered to pharmacy points located in the Widuchowa commune, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management;4) equipping the real estate with bags for selective waste collection;5) equipping the PSZOK with proper containers and scales and collection, transport and management of waste from the PSZOK:(a) paper and cardboard, magazines, newspapers and paper and cardboard packaging;b) colourless and coloured glass packaging waste;c) metal, plastics including packaging and tetrapak multi-material packaging;d) bio-waste;e) furniture and other bulky waste;f) out-of-date drugs and drug packaging;g) wastes not qualifying as medical waste produced in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections of monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes;h) chemicals and chemical packages, including paints, solvents, waste oils; i) used batteries and accumulators, electric and electronic equipment; j) all types of incandescent, halogen and fluorescent lamps; k) used tyres; l) construction and demolition waste; m) textile and clothing waste.6) management of collected waste in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and their management in a manner compliant with the provisions of Article 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888).
