Description

The subject matter of the contract is collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the properties being within the municipal waste collection system organised by Kostrzyn Municipality for the period of 20 months.
The scope of the subject matter of the contract covers 1) collection of municipal waste from owners of real estates located within the area of Kostrzyn commune (Greater Poland voivodeship, poviat of Poznan), who remain in the communal system of municipal waste collection, cyclically at the source (from the waste collection place, hereinafter: ,,MGO"), divided into the following fractions:a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also: ,,mixed waste"),b) paper,c) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,d) glass,e) bio-waste constituting municipal waste (hereinafter also: ,,bio-waste"),2) waste in the form of expired medicines from pharmacy points and used batteries and accumulators from collection points indicated in Chapter X OPZ,3) transport of collected municipal waste, referred to in points 1-2 (hereinafter also: ,,municipal waste") to the place of collection (management) of waste, provided by the Contractor and indicated in the bid, with the exception of collection (management) of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, which the Contractor will transfer to the Installation for Thermal Processing of Municipal Waste in Poznań (hereinafter: 4) transfer for management of municipal waste in place / places of collection (management) of waste, provided by the Contractor and indicated / indicated in the tender, with the exception of place of collection (management) of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, which will be transferred by the Contractor to the ITPOK,5) ensure, throughout the entire period of municipal waste collection and transport services, a place / places for collection (management) of all fractions of municipal waste, except for non-segregated (mixed) municipal wastea) paper,b) glass,c) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste,- to the extent in which the waste deposition system provides for collection of waste in bags,7) Provision of services related to the supply of RFID tags (transponders), in particular (the precise scope of services is specified in the OPZ and other tender documents):a) delivery of transponders,b) their installation on waste collection containers,c) installation, commissioning, implementation and provision of access to the system for identification of municipal waste collection containers with the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology,8) performance of services and obligations related to the above. in points 1) to 7).
