Collection and partial management of municipal waste in the municipality of Darłowo in 2022
The subject matter of the contract is collection, transport of mixed municipal waste; collection, transport and partial management of selectively collected municipal waste from residential, non-residential, "mixed" and holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational purposes for own use on the area of the municipality of Darłowo in the year 2022. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste from the above mentioned properties shall be transferred by the Contractor to the regional municipal waste installation. Selectively collected waste which will not be handed over to the regional municipal waste installation - the Contractor will manage it on his own (fractions such as: glass, waste paper, scrap metal, electro-waste, batteries). Management of municipal waste from the above mentioned properties from the area of the municipality of Darłowo should be ensured by the Contractor in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, as well as reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan adopted by way of resolution on 22 October 2020. No. /XX/240/20 of the Sejmik of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship on updating the Waste Management Plan for the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship for 2020-2026 with an Outlook for 2027-2032 with an investment plan attached.3. The anticipated number of containers and bags that the Contracting Authority expects the Contractor to secure is: 30,000 bags for segregated waste (yellow, blue, green, brown); 120 240 l containers; 50 360 l containers; 30 1100 l containers.4.In 2022 it is expected to collect municipal waste at the level of 3800 Mg, of which 30 - 50% will be waste collected selectively. The forecast mass of municipal waste to be collected from properties in 2022 will amount to approx. 2500 Mg of non-segregated waste and approx. 1300 Mg of segregated waste. 5. The subject matter of the contract includes running a supporting municipal waste segregation system, i.e. running PSZOK (2 stationary points for selective collection of municipal waste).
