Description

The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the following services: 1) management of municipal waste under the Contracting Authority's authority and produced within the area of the City of Zduńska Wola (hereinafter referred to as 'municipal waste'),2) reporting and information obligations,3) obligations guaranteeing the Contracting Authority the possibility to exercise its inspection and verification rights,4) performance of services and obligations related to those expressed in items 1 - 3 above.)
Part I consists in rendering services covered by the contract in respect of waste: 1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,2) selectively collected municipal waste:(a) paper;b) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste;c) glass;d) bio-waste constituting municipal waste;e) waste electrical and electronic equipment, including fluorescent lamps, light bulbs;f) batteries and accumulators; g) furniture and other bulky waste; h) construction and demolition waste; i) construction debris; j) textiles and clothing; k) ashes; l) tires The scope of Part II of the contract covers services concerning the following fractions (types) of waste deposited in the PSZOK:(a) hazardous waste;b) out-of-date medicines and chemicals;c) waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes;d) thermometers. Part III is the provision of services covered by the contract in terms of waste: a) used electrical and electronic equipment, including fluorescent lamps, light bulbs, b) batteries and accumulators
