The subject matter of the contract is collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste produced and collected from all residences located within the administrative borders of the Municipality of Michalow in the period from 01.01.2022 until 31.12.2022
The subject matter of the contract is collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste produced and collected from all the properties located within the administrative borders of the Municipality of Michałów for the period from 01.01.2022 until 31.12.2022. The scope of the contract also includes: - collection and management of municipal waste collected at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Tomaszów, - delivery of bags for municipal waste collection for the owners of residential properties in the commune, including the owners of properties where holiday cottages are located and other properties used only for recreational and holiday purposes for a part of the year.The expected amount of municipal waste, which will have to be collected and managed throughout the entire period of contract execution is approximately 900 Mg in total.Waste collection should take place in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery of other municipal waste fractions in the area of the commune of Michałów, as well as reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste submitted for storage, in accordance with the applicable regulations.The collected municipal waste must be managed in accordance with the waste hierarchy as set out in Article 4.1 of the EU Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC.The Contractor shall transfer selectively collected municipal waste from property owners to waste recovery and disposal installations in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2020, The service will consist in collection and management of collected municipal waste in accordance with: - the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) the ordinance of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements regarding municipal waste collection from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122)
