The subject matter of the contract is management of waste collected from property owners located within the area of the Municipal Management Company in Sejny, waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and waste generated at the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Sejny.
The subject matter of the contract is management of waste collected from property owners located within the area of the Municipal Management Company in Sejny, waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and waste generated at the Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant in Sejny.Waste shall be delivered to the Contractor in accordance with the waste management system in the Commune as defined in the Rules for keeping clean and tidy in the City of Sejny, Sejny Commune and Krasnopol Commune.Development of waste is to be confirmed by a waste transfer card in accordance with applicable law, and copies of weighing receipts, confirming the time and weight of municipal waste accepted to the installation.3The Contractor managing the delivered waste is obliged to maximize recycling and preparation for reuse of paper, metals, plastics and glass, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste and maximize reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage.4The Contractor shall ensure that municipal waste recovery or neutralisation sites meet the technological criteria - conform to the requirements specified in Article 143 of the Environmental Protection Act of 27 April 2001 and other applicable regulations.5 The Contractor undertakes to accept waste on working days from 08:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 6. Each entry shall be registered and confirmed with a document containing the date of import, type, code and weight of waste, vehicle registration number and supplier identification. A copy of the above document shall be given to the driver of the waste supplier upon delivery of each waste batch. Weighing must be confirmed by the issuance of a weighing receipt.8. the Waste Transfer Card (understood in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 25 April 2019 on specimens of documents used for the purposes of waste records, (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 819) of a given month, containing the data of individual deliveries, will be attached to the VAT invoice, which will be the basis for charging the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall provide the Principal with information on the weight of municipal waste recycled, prepared for reuse and recovered within the time limits specified in the applicable regulations.10. The Contractor shall inform the Principal about all installation failures, stoppages in waste reception, changes in the operation of the installation resulting from causes beyond the control of the Contractor, restrictions resulting from decisions of regulatory bodies within 24 hours of the occurrence of events, restrictions, stoppages. Failure to inform about the changes in the functioning of the installation may result in penalties being charged.
