The subject matter of the contract is collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Municipality of Ryglice, divided into two parts: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste unsorted and segregated from residential properties in the Municipality of Ryglice and the municipal selective waste collection point in Ryglice - estimated amount of waste 1792.00 Mg2) collection, transport and management of non-segregated and segregated municipal solid waste from the municipality of Ryglice - - estimated amount of waste: 66.00 MgThe detailed material scope of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of performance is defined in the SWZZ and its annexes, i.e.: model contracts and regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the municipality of Ryglice, the resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the scope of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste.
The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Ryglice Municipality, i.e.The subject matter of the contract includes collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from the grounds of the municipality of Ryglice, i.e.: - collection, transport and management of unsorted (mixed) and sorted municipal solid waste from residential properties in the area of the municipality of Ryglice as well as from the selective collection point for municipal waste in Ryglice,- furnishing residential properties (households) with containers for the collection of municipal solid waste - lease of the containers by the Contractor for the duration of the contract,- delivery to residential properties (households) of bags for selective collection of municipal solid waste.The subject matter of the contract includes collection from the property, individually from each household, of the entire mass of municipal solid waste, both unsorted (mixed) and collected selectively, as well as transport and management of the collected waste by means of recovery or neutralisation in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, as provided for in the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes. The subject matter of the contract also covers collection of the entire mass of municipal solid waste segregated, delivered by the inhabitants of the Ryglice Municipality to the municipal waste selective collection point located at 27 A. Mickiewicza Street in Ryglice.The estimated quantity of waste to be collected, transported and managed amounts to 1 626,00 Mg / 12 months, whereby it is estimated that the level of segregation will amount to approximately 30% - 40%, therefore segregated waste will constitute approximately 488,00 Mg / 12 months - 650,00 Mg / 12 months, whereas non-segregated (mixed) waste and residues from municipal waste sorting will amount to approximately 1 138,00 / 12 months - 976,00 Mg / 12 months.Households - selective municipal waste collection point in Ryglice: estimated quantity of waste to be collected, transported and managed amounts to approximately 166.00 Mg / 12 months.Detailed material scope of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of performance is set out in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and its appendices, i.e.: specimen agreement and the Rules and Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Ryglice, Resolution on the Detailed Method and Scope of Providing Services for the Collection of Municipal Waste from Property Owners and Management of this Waste. The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Municipality of Ryglice, i.e.: - segregated and unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the Municipal Office in Ryglice, ul. Rynek 9,- non-segregated from the market square and streets in Ryglice town, as well as from village centres and streets in particular villages in the Ryglice commune,- non-segregated from bus stops located in the Ryglice commune,- non-segregated from the communal cemetery in Ryglice, ul. 11 Listopada,- segregated and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from the market place in Ryglice, Tarnowska Street.The estimated amount of solid municipal waste to be collected, transported and disposed of is 66.00 Mg / 12 months.The detailed material scope of the subject matter of the order and the manner of performance is specified in the SWZZ and its annexes, i.e.: the model agreement and the regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Ryglice, the resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste.
