Description

The subject matter of the contract is: Collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the further part of the description of the subject matter of the contract not segregated (mixed) and segregated from real estate where inhabitants reside located in the area of Jakubów Commune in a manner compliant with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), the Act on waste of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797, as amended), the applicable during the term of the contract Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for Mazovia, Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 14 December 2012 on waste management in Mazovia (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797, as amended). (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797, as amended), the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Mazovia in force during the term of the contract, the Regulation of the Minister of Environment on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19) and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jakubów Municipality as well as other provisions of statutory and local law. U. of 2021, item 888, as amended), the Act on waste of 14 December 2012 (Dz. (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797, as amended), the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Mazovia in force during the term of the agreement, the Regulation of the Minister of Environment on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19) and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jakubów Municipality as well as other provisions of statutory and local law.
