Description

The subject matter of the contract is to provide municipal waste collection and management services in the area of Siewierz Community2 .The subject matter of the contract has been defined in detail in the attachment no 1 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and it includes in particular: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties in the area of the town and commune of Siewierz,2) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the properties, where a summer house is located in the area of the town and commune of Siewierz,3) equipment, collection and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Collective Point located in Siewierz, ul. Ściegna 11.
1. The subject matter of the contract has been defined in detail in appendix no. 1 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and includes in particular: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the area of the City and Municipality of Siewierz,2) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of the properties, where a summer house is located in the area of the City and Municipality of Siewierz,3) equipment, collection and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Collective Facility located in Siewierz at 11 Ściegna St. Waste management shall ensure reaching appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods as well as reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage in accordance with the binding regulations.3.The Contractor is obliged to carry out the tasks in 2022 in accordance with the schedule binding in the City and Commune of Siewierz. Contractor is obliged to prepare a waste collection schedule for 2023 with additional educational information, including waste segregation rules, and to print and distribute it to the owners of residential properties and to the owners of properties where there is a summer house, also in case of its possible changes. The schedule shall be subject to approval by the Ordering Party each time. The Contractor is obliged to equip and collect waste from the municipal selective waste collection point from the owners of residential properties and from the owners of properties where the summer cottage is located, located in Siewierz municipality, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK for the duration of the contract.5 The Contractor is obliged to manage collected municipal waste in accordance with applicable regulations. 6. 6th The Contractor will be obliged to organize in May or June 2023 the collection of bulky waste from residential properties and from properties, where there is a summer house and municipal waste is produced - in a "source" system. (7) The Contractor will be responsible for organizing in May or June 2023 the collection of electrical and electronic waste from residential properties and from property where the holiday home is located - at source system. 9th The Contractor will be obliged to have a storage and transport base with technical and office facilities, meeting the requirements of building, sanitary and environmental protection regulations, located in Siewierz municipality or in the distance not longer than 60 km from the municipality border, on the area to which he has legal title.10.The Contractor shall have the number of vehicles in accordance with the ordinance of the Minister of Environment of 11th January 2013 on detailed requirements regarding municipal waste collection from property owners (Dz. U. of 2013, item 122) ensuring the proper functioning of the system in the area of the City and Commune of Siewierz.11. The obligation of the Contractor or its subcontractor to employ people on the basis of the employment relation is defined in Chapter III point 40 of SWZ.12. Other requirements regarding the order are defined in SWZ and OPZ.
