Description

The subject matter of the contract is provision by the Contractor of a service consisting in management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste under code 20 03 01 collected from the owners of residential and semi-residential properties included in the municipal waste management system from the Kolbuszowa Municipality. Management is understood as mechanical and biological processing of mixed municipal waste and separation from mixed municipal waste of fractions that are fully or partially recyclable.
1.1 The subject matter of the contract is provision by the Contractor of a service consisting in management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste under code 20 03 01 collected from the owners of residential and semi-residential properties included in the municipal waste management system from the Kolbuszowa Municipality. 1.2 Contract duration: from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.1.3 During the contract performance period, the estimated mass of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste to be managed amounts to 2400 Mg, i.e. 200 Mg per month. The Ordering Party provides for a possibility to deliver less waste, i.e. 2000 Mg, depending on the amount of waste collected from inhabitants: - from single family dwellings in urban areas at least once every two weeks, - from single family dwellings in rural areas at least once every four weeks, - from multi-family dwellings at least once every 10 days, and in the period from April to October 31 at least once a week. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantity of waste delivered in relation to the estimates depending on the actual needs, without the Contractor being entitled to compensation claims on this account.1.5 The subject matter of the order shall be performed by the Contractor in compliance with:- the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended),- the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) and legal acts issued on their basis,- the Regulation of the Minister of how to calculate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530),- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of restriction of storage of mass of municipal waste subject to 202biodegradation (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
