Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the city of Biłgoraj.2 The scope of the contract includes: a) collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from residential property owners, b) collection of separately collected municipal waste from residential property owners.3The entity collecting municipal waste from property owners is obliged to transfer the collected waste in accordance with the applicable law; a) separately collected municipal waste directly or through another collector to a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, b) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste directly to a municipal facility.4The service also includes: a) equipment of multi-family residential real estate with containers intended for selective collection of municipal waste b) equipment of single-family real estate owners where residents live in waste sacks for selective collection of municipal waste: - paper, - metal and plastic, - ash.c) equipping the owners of single-family properties where the residents live with containers for selective collection of municipal waste: - glass,- bio-waste d) containers and bags intended for collection of segregated waste should be coloured and printed with information on their intended use in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19).e) maintenance of these containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition and maintenance in an appropriate sanitary and orderly condition of waste collection points in the event of its pollution resulting from overcrowding of containers in multifamily properties, f) collection of outdated medicines from containers located in pharmacies and used batteries from containers located in educational establishments and public administration buildings.5Organization of a touring collection of bulky waste, metals, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres from passenger cars, clothes and textiles, chemicals and chemical packaging, engine oils, food fats, wood, twice a year in the city of Biłgoraj. The above mentioned waste should be treated as separately collected municipal waste.6. Service provision period: from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.
