Description

The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of waste code 20 01 99 (ash) in a manner ensuring the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next holder of waste.
The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of waste code 20 01 99 (ash) in a manner ensuring the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder.2The Contractor shall collect the above waste from the Ordering Party's installations located in four locations, i.e.:a. from the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (ZUOK), 53 Lubelska Street, 10-410 Olsztyn,b. from the Transfer Station (SP) in Medyny, Medyny 51, Lidzbark Warmiński commune,c. from the Transfer Station (SP) in Trelkowo, Trelkowo 80, Szczytno commune,d. from the Transfer Station (SP) in Polska Wieś, Polska Wieś 24a, Mrągowo commune.3 .Ash is collected by residents in containers and bags. In the Olsztyn installation approximately 75-80% of ash is collected in bags, while at transfer stations up to 95 % of ash is collected.4 The amount of waste to be collected and managed under the basic contract is 2,000 Mg.5 The Employer, under this contract, may use the option right, referred to in Article 441, paragraph 1 of the PPL Act, consisting of increasing the amount of waste code 20 01 99 to be collected and managed additionally up to 2,000 Mg. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right in whole or in part, at one time or in several parts. 6. The Ordering Party has no impact on the size of the stream of waste accepted due to a very large variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the stream of waste, the Contracting Authority will exercise its right of option.7 Taking the above into account, the total amount of waste to be collected and managed under this contract is approximately 4 000 Mg, with 2 000 Mg under the base contract and 2 000 Mg under the option.8. 9. Due to the subject matter, the order has to be executed, in particular, in accordance with the following regulations: 1) Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021.779 of 2021.04.15 as amended);2) Environmental Protection Law of 27 April 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020.1219 of 2020.05.29 as amended);3) Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021.888 of 2021.04.15);and other acts and regulations applicable to the subject matter of the contract.10 .Due to the fact that the Ordering Party has no influence on and assumes no responsibility for the amounts of waste directed to its installations and their quality, they are not guaranteed by the Ordering Party.11. For settlements between the Parties, the amount of waste collected will be determined according to measurements made on the Ordering Party's electronic vehicle scales.12. The transfer of waste will be confirmed by a waste transfer card - in accordance with applicable regulations.13. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the terms and conditions of cooperation are described in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ titled "Draft provisions of the contract".
