Description

The purpose of this contract is, according to the clauses and conditions set out in these special specifications, to - The replacement of the R112 rotating grasshopper on +/- 180° which produces a circular stack of treated bottom ash with a capacity of +/- 5100 m³;- The modification of the head of the R111 reversible conveyor upstream of the grasshopper in order to adapt it to this new grasshopper. Further details are given in the technical part of these special specifications and in the particular technical specification, to which reference is expressly made. The place of performance of the services shall be the Centre de Valorisation des Déchets de Thumaide, Hameau de Ribonfosse, 9, 7971 Thumaide.
This specification, described briefly below and reproduced in full in document 2012.3002 - Rev B - 3112 - CSP Grasshopper.pdf and forming an integral part of the present specifications, concerns the drawing on the basis of the design drawings, the manufacture, the assembly in the workshop, the tests, the delivery free of charge to the site, the unloading and the assembly on site, the commissioning, the complete acceptance: Of a new rotating grasshopper R112 and of the elements to be modified at the level of the head of the conveyor R111 upstream, at the level of the installation for the treatment of non-ferrous materials coming from the slag. More detailed information on the R112 rotating grasshopper: - Conveyor system: belt conveyor - belt width 1000 mm. - Lifting system: 2 hydraulic cylinders, 1 hydraulic unit, hydraulic hoses on articulated jib and cylinder frame. - Turning system: 2 wheels, 2 control units, chassis and a stone-clearing system. - Fogging system: 1 fogging ring with HP unit at the head of the grasshopper to knock down the slag dust on the ground and the water pipes also running on the articulated bracket. - Metal structure of the grasshopper: support frame, fixed frame and support leg. - The joints/bearings of the grasshopper: pivot of the grasshopper, bearings of the cylinders and bearings of the stand pivot. In more detail for the R111 conveyor head:- Replacement of the head chute ensuring the transfer of material between R111 and R112 + Replacement of a deflector (shield) at the R111 head. - Replacement of a new cleanliness plate - Replacement of the head cover - Replacement of new weatherstripping plates This specification relates to: - The tracing, - The supply of materials and all the screws and bolts in stainless steel AISI 304 (A2) or hot-dip galvanized, according to precise indications included in our drawings. - The manufacturing, - The blank assembly of the whole before surface protection, - The protection of the surfaces by hot-dip galvanization, according to EN ISO 1461, for the clamp, frame and other supports. - Pre-assembly of the conveyor sections (while remaining transportable), pre-assembly of the wheel system. - Complete assembly of the foot, head and tension of the grasshopper in the workshop after galvanization, as well as complete assembly and adjustment of the other mechanical parts before dispatch to the site, - Laying, counter-drilling and milling of the PEHD1000 liners in accordance with the details in the plans, - Marking of all the individual parts and production of the assembly plans with the markings - Free transport on truck to IPALLE in THUMAIDE. IPALLE Chemin de Ribonfosse 7971 BELOEIL (Thumaide) Belgium - Unloading, assembly and adjustments on site, - Commissioning without load and with load, - User training - maintenance, - Supply of spare parts, - The "CE II B machine" file in 3 paper copies in DIN format and on a compatible computer medium, - Complete technical documentation in 3 paper copies in DIN format and on a compatible computer medium, - Supply of as-built drawings in 2 paper copies in DIN format and on a compatible computer medium. The scope of the work to be carried out is shown in the drawing list: 2012.3005 N.B. All the equipment will be assembled in the workshop and accepted by IPALLE before surface protection. After surface protection, the following equipment shall be assembled, mounted and adjusted in the workshop by the Contractor on the assemblies to be shipped: - the control unit, - the drum with mounted bearings, - the PEHD1000 liners, to be counter-drilled, milled and adjusted in the workshop, - the head wipers, - the V-shaped wiper skirts. The elements must remain transportable while being pre-assembled as much as possible.
