Description

The subject of the contract is services consisting in the collection, transport and management of all municipal waste coming from inhabited real estate and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is produced in the commune of Długołęka.1.1. Within the scope of rendering the service, the Contractor shall be obliged to: 1) collect mixed waste collected in black-coloured containers or with the inscription "WASTES CHANGED" with a minimum capacity of 120 litres every two weeks, with the exception of the properties specified in Attachment No. 7 to the Project Agreement (constituting Attachment No. 8 to the ToR, hereinafter referred to as the Project Agreement);2) collect separately collected waste divided into the following fractions:a) paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste collected in blue containers or sacks for selective collection, with a minimum capacity of 120l, every four weeks with the exception of the real estate specified in Annex 7 to the Draft Agreement;b) metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste collected in yellow containers or bags for selective collection, with a minimum capacity of 120l, with a frequency of every two weeks, with the exception of the real estate indicated in Annex 7 to the Draft Agreement;c) glass waste, including glass packaging waste, collected in 60l green bags for selective collection or containers for selective collection, with a minimum capacity of 120l, every four weeks, with the exception of the properties listed in Annex 7 to the Draft Agreement from 01.IV to 30.XI); e) The Contractor is also obliged to collect waste listed in items a) to d) collected in bags/containers of a colour different from that indicated above and described in a legible way with the type of collected waste.3) to collect, transport and manage - upon request - waste from cemeteries located in localities: Łozina, Borowa, Brzezia Łąka, Długołęka, Jaksonowice, Kiełczów, Pasikurowice, Stępin;4) collection in the framework of mobile collection of furniture and other large-size waste, used tyres with a diameter of up to 100 cm and used electrical and electronic equipment from the area of 41 localities of the commune, from the sale of each inhabited and uninhabited property, four times during the term of this contract (in September/October), in accordance with the schedule;5) collect outdated medicines from containers located in 8 pharmacies in the commune with a frequency of once every 2 months, in accordance with the schedule (the list of places together with the schedule is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the Draft Agreement). It is allowed to change the number of pharmacies from which outdated medicines will be collected.6) collect waste collected at the point of selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), located in Bielawa, Komunalna 1, Długołęka commune. The type of waste, the size of containers and the minimum frequency of their collection is specified in Appendix 4 to the Draft Agreement.7) the collection of Christmas trees in the first week of February each year.7) Due to the limited number of characters, the further description of the order in section VI.3)
