Description

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the Łużna municipality. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Terms of Reference.
The scope of the subject of the contract includes collection and management of the following wastes:- mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-material and metal packaging, glass, bio-waste) created on inhabited real estate, - mixed and segregated (paper, plastics, multi-material and metal packaging, glass, bio-waste) created in educational institutions of the Łużna commune and buildings owned by the Łużna Commune, - mixed and segregated waste created on real estate owned by the Łużna Commune: mixed waste from communal cemeteries (containers with a capacity of 1,000 kg), - mixed and segregated waste created on real estate owned by the Łużna Commune, - mixed and segregated waste created on real estate owned by the Łużna Commune: mixed waste from communal cemeteries (containers with a capacity of 1,000 kg), - mixed and segregated waste created on real estate owned by the Łużna Commune. 1.1 m3) and segregated waste (paper, metal, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, hazardous waste, out-of-date drugs and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste, created in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and accumulators, used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, repair and construction waste, textile waste and clothing) from a separate collection point for municipal waste located in Wola Łużańska,- waste resulting from an emergency (e.g. Estimated quantities of waste to be collected and disposed of during the order execution period: a) mixed - 950 Mg;b) plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, glass, paper, bio-waste - approx. 290 Mg;c) Hazardous waste, out-of-date medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste, resulting from accepting medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes, used batteries and accumulators, used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, repair and construction waste, textile and clothing waste - approx. 235 Mg.The Ordering Party reserves that the quantities given are estimates and serve primarily to estimate the cost of service. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and requirements for the Contractor is specified in the Specification of Essential Terms of Contract with annexes.
