Description

The purpose of this contract is: - sorting and packaging of household packaging and newspapers - magazines - magazines in mixture with and/or without extension of sorting instructions, - sorting and packaging of household packaging in mixture with and/or without extension of sorting instructions, - sorting and packaging of newspapers - magazines - magazines (from collection at voluntary collection points), - sorting and packaging of merchants' cartons, - taking back of merchants' cartons, - taking back of merchants' cartons, - taking back of the wholesale store 1.02, - processing of sorting refusals above 20 %, - characterisations. The service includes:- reception, transfer and transport of household and similar waste,- reception, transfer and transport of household packaging and newspapers - magazines - magazines in mixture with and/or without extension of sorting instructions to the designated outlet,- reception, transfer and transport of household packaging with and/or without extension of sorting instructions to the designated outlet,- reception, transfer and transport of newspapers - magazines - magazines (resulting from collection at voluntary contribution points),- reception, transfer and transport of cartons from retailers to the designated outlet. The service includes: - the management and operation of a regulatory facility owned by Sydelon and allowing the unloading of collection vehicles, the temporary storage of waste, their return for loading large carrier vehicles,- the transport by large carrier vehicles of waste to outlets designated by Sydelon,- the preparation of an annual report on the service provided, highlighting: the quantities that have transited (tonnages), any difficulties encountered, anomalies noted, refusals, etc., allowing the services of the community to have relevant information on the progress of the service. The purpose of this contract is to- provision of tippers for the flows of all-coming waste, rubble, metals, vegetable waste, cardboard, wood, paper collected from waste collection centres,- provision of tippers for all-coming waste, rubble, and vegetable waste on certain technical services/municipal workshops,- provision of specific containers for the flow of hazardous waste and vehicle batteries,- removal of the tippers and transport of these flows from waste collection centres and municipal technical services/workshops to outlets designated by the Sydelon.
